I am 41 years old and most people will look at me and think I am in my late 20s.
Apart from covering up a few grey hairs with hair dye, my appearance is not artificially enhanced. I have not had operations, nip tucks, face lifts, Botox®, lip enhancements or anything else. I am not against any of these procedures, in fact, if at a future date I feel I want to use one of them, or a new technology is developed that enhances appearance which is less invasive, I will most certainly consider using it. The only reason I have not used these so far is because I haven’t needed to.
A youthful and healthy appearance is very important to me.
For years it was just the appearance that mattered, but then I realized that by keeping a young appearance, youthful health and energy came with it, which was a great bonus.
There is no magic formula for keeping young. Many people have asked me what it is I do and the answer is simple; I use the seven step system and then carry out what comes out of that.
Using
this system I have been able to attract the right information, life
style, and products to keep young. Plus I learned how to make my body
age at a much slower pace than other people.
Judge for yourself! The photograph on my bio information is very recent and has not been artificially altered.
My
energy levels are very high. My weight is proportionate to my height.
I don’t have any health problems and my skin is less wrinkled than
other women my age.
It is never too late
to reverse the aging process. For years I eat fast food, smoked and
led an unhealthy life style, yet I looked great and had no health
issues. Of course my body was soon to guide me into cutting down on
the burgers and throwing away the cigarettes, but great results can
still be had even if you don’t want to give these up. In fact, it is
not so much a “giving up” of unhealthy habits, but a feeling of no
longer needing them and having them naturally dropping off our lives
when the time is right.
But that was my experience of the
process. Your experience of the process might be entirely different and
might not involve no longer needing daily input of fast food or
cigarettes.
Because we are all different, the information and methods we receive to achieve a youthful appearance is different.
For
me, one of the methods that arrived to help me with facial and body
wrinkles was of letting go of all the feeling of tension and gravity
from my body. I would work my way from the muscles around my eyes and
mouth, then work my way down my neck and body. It is very logical if
you think about it, after all at least one commercial product relaxes
muscles to get rid of wrinkles!
Another method was to visualize my
body being surrounded by a moving vortex, this vortex moves on a
clockwise direction and thus ages the cells, by stopping it and then
reversing it, making it move on an anti-clockwise direction, the aging
process reverses. Another thing that happened was that I was given
access to a fully equipped gym. I can’t guarantee that relaxing or the vortex visualization
will work on you as they were the result of my following the seven step system for myself.
